Who Are The Dems - This Says It All
Segment # 418
It did not seem that our judicial system could get much whackier but I think it just did. When you have judges actively hiding terrorists and smashing their phones to destroy links to their bad actions, you are starting to look like a 3rd world corrupt systems of judges. A district court is now able to impose his or her will on the entire country far beyond the scope of the parties involved in their particular case. When you have a lower court judge making military, foreign policy, and budget decisions reserved in the constitution for the president of the United States, you have a very serious problem.
Newt Gingrich has some interesting ideas.
Tim Walz Official Vandalizes Six Teslas, Faces No Charges
Dylan Adams, a fiscal policy analyst for Tim Walz’s Department of Human Services, is getting off scot-free after inflicting $21,000 worth of damage on a half-dozen Teslas.
County Attorney Mary Moriarty’s office announced it will pursue “pre-charge diversion” instead of felony charges on Monday despite video footage seeming to show Adams committing his crimes.
Does anyone think this would happen if the shoe were on the other foot? Say, if a Trump supporter repeatedly keyed the vehicles of Black Lives Matter protesters? Of course not. Liberal prosecutors would throw the book at them, as they should.
The government ought not to incentivize unhinged Americans to run around destroying the property of people with whom they disagree. Doing so is a recipe for anarchy. You’d think Minnesota, of all places, would know that already.

According to court documents, Dugan confronted the agents, demanded they obtain a judicial warrant, and directed them to the chief judge’s office. Judge Dugan faces federal charges of obstructing proceedings before a department or agency of the United States and concealing a person to prevent arrest. If convicted, she could face up to six years in prison. She appeared in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and was released on her own recognizance. Her attorney stated that she intends to "defend herself vigorously and looks forward to being exonerated." CatholicVote org+3Fox News+3Baller Alert+3ABC News
This arrest has sparked political controversy. Attorney General Pam Bondi emphasized that "no one is above the law," asserting that Dugan's actions obstructed justice. Conversely, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers criticized the federal government's approach, suggesting it undermines the judiciary. AP News+2ABC News+2Baller Alert+2
