Pelosi Accepts Blame for J6
Segment # 166
Considering the hatchet job done by the Democrat-controlled Jan 6 Committee, an optimistic person would believe that Nancy Pelosi’s newly released video accepting blame (she implies it was her staff) for the lack of security forces would be a giant story covered in every media. Of course, since Pelosi was off limits to the Jan 6 committee and was never interviewed. It is being buried. Jan 6 was a setup and was encouraged by the left. More rats will be jumping ship as the Republican-controlled Congress investigates further. When thinking about Jan 6ers still held in jail awaiting court because they refuse to plead out, this truly disgusts me.
Sky News host Paul Murray says Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not want to be called as a witness in the impeachment trial because there is a “substantial amount of evidence” that she was pre-warned about the January 6 riots. “She did not want to be called as a witness because there is a substantial amount of evidence that she – as the presiding officer – was pre-warned of something might be happening on January 6,” Mr Murray said. ”There is plenty of evidence to suggest that she was not doubling down on security that day, and the former boss of the Capitol Police would have testified to that very point”. Multiple Republican Senators have suggested Speaker Pelosi may have known about the riots the as there was a credible threat identified by the FBI and Capitol Police the night before. Former Trump loyalist Lindsay Graham originally voted against witnesses to be called but changed his vote and suggested Senators could have called Speaker Pelosi to “to answer the question as to whether or not there was credible evidence of pre-planned violence before President Trump spoke?”. Mr Graham also said it could be asked “whether Speaker Pelosi, due to optics, refused requests by the Capitol Hill Police for additional resources like the National Guard?”. Republican Senator Roger Marshall also jumped on and asked questions about Speaker Pelosi’s responsibility. “That’s the question most of us want to know: did she bear great responsibility for what happened on January the 6th. She’s the one who had the intelligence,” Mr Marshall said.
Mark Levin discusses Mark Meadows’s revelation from February 7th (TRUMP WAR ROOM: • Mark Meadows: President Trump Offered... ).
I do not listen to Mark all that much, but this is the maddest I have heard him (at the end: 6:03-6:15 mark). President Donald Trump had offered to deploy 10,000 National Guard troops into the area of the Capitol in Washington DC before January 6, according to Mark Meadows the former White House chief of staff. What is not known by the typical cable news watcher, probably, is that both the Capital Police and the mayor of D.C. turned down offers to help secure the government areas before and as the mob of crazed Lefties and Righties descended on the Capital: ✦ ...Three days before the riot, the Pentagon offered National Guard manpower. And as the mob descended on the building Wednesday, Justice Department leaders reached out to offer up FBI agents. Capitol Police turned them down both times, according to senior defense officials and two people familiar with the matter. Despite plenty of warnings of a possible insurrection and ample resources and time to prepare, police planned only for a free speech demonstration.

✦ Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser told federal law enforcement to stand down just one day before a mob of Trump supporters breached the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, smashing windows, entering the chambers, and forcing lawmakers and congressional staff inside into lockdown. “To be clear, the District of Columbia is not requesting other federal law enforcement personnel and discourages any additional deployment without immediate notification to, and consultation with, MPD if such plans are underway,” Bowser wrote in a letter to acting U.S. Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller, and Secretary of the Army Ryan D. McCarthy. According to Bowser, D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department in coordination with the U.S. Park Police, Capitol Police, and Secret Service were well-equipped to handle whatever problems could come up during the Trump rallies planned for Wednesday.
