Immigration has been an 80 - 20 issue with the Democrat open border policy being a loser. The Dems consistently are taking positions that are contrary to the interests of American citizens. Like the Garcia immigration case where two immigration judges ruled that he was an illegal alien and a member of MS 13, the Dems are fighting furiously to get him due process as a “constituent”. When you look at the facts, you understand how sick the lawfare is that could spend tax dollars trying to keep illegal aliens in this country. The Dems are definitely not on your side spending your money this way. Senator Van Hollen is a media power whore and clearly is not representing Maryland.

1. Broad civic definition (yes):

Constituent can mean any person who resides in an elected official’s district, regardless of citizenship or legal status.
Many elected officials, especially at the local or state level, consider all residents in their district to be constituents because their policies and decisions affect everyone living there.
For example, a mayor or city council member may serve all people in their jurisdiction, including undocumented immigrants, because city services like policing, housing, and sanitation affect everyone.

2. Narrow electoral definition (no):

If "constituent" is defined as someone eligible to vote, then undocumented immigrants are not constituents in that sense, since they cannot legally vote in federal or state elections.

Jury Convicts Illegal Alien Who Viciously Murdered Mom of Five

Justice is served.

A shocking criminal case from 2024 came to an end Monday after a jury convicted Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, a 24-year-old illegal alien, for the vicious rape and murder of Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of five. Authorities had charged the El Salvadoran national with first-degree murder, first-degree rape, third-degree sexual offense, and kidnapping.

“The Illegal Criminal, who was allowed into our Country by Crooked Joe Biden, was convicted of the heinous murder of Rachel Morin,” President Trump posted on Truth Social. “Rachel was a beautiful mother of five from Maryland, and her life was taken at the hands of a monster who should have NEVER been here in the first place.”

Trump is right. Maybe if the Biden administration fought for a secure border, Morin’s five children would still have a mother today. Instead, Biden, Alejandro Mayorkas, the two White House propagandists, Jen Psaki and Karine Jean-Pierre, and others, devoted their time and energy to gaslighting Americans over the border’s integrity.

Senator Van Hollen of Maryland had no comment when a constituent Maryland Mom was murdered by an illegal alien; but is now all over the internet to support illegal alien constituent Garcia to get the US to fly this illegal alien back to the US for “due process”

We know that Garcia entered the country illegally. We do know that an immigration judge and an appeals immigration judge accepted ICE’s data that Garcia was a member of MS-13. We do know that Garcia’s wife on two different occasions sought protection stating that Garcia beat her. We do know that the president has a legal right to deport an illegal alien to their country of origin. We know that Garcia is from El Salvador. We do know that Senator Van Hollen did not even condemn the brutal murder or publicly acknowledge Rachel Morin’s mom who is his voting constituent. This guy is a media whore trying to manipulate this situation for his political advantage. This guy should not be in the senate.
