The Dark Side of Tim Walz

There is much to criticize Tim Walz for in the way he clearly put his own personal agenda above that of his responsibilities as a man and a military leader. I am not a combat veteran; however, as a Naval officer I led men and was placed in positions of responsibility on USS Joseph K. Taussig (DE1030) that you just don’t shirk because it is not convenient. His conduct in the military disqualifies him in the minds of many to even be considered as a candidate for Vice President of the United States.

As much as it pains me, his conduct in the military is a shiny distraction compared to the dark side of what he has done as Governor of Minnesota. The Harris campaign has been hiding Walz and his baggage because quite frankly it is not defensible. The data below is fact and easily provable in his own words, in the laws he signed, or in the disastrous events that resulted from his actions.

Megyn Kelly is joined by attorneys Bob Roby and Matt Sharp to discuss the truth about Minnesota's controversial "trans refuge" bill championed by Governor Tim Walz, the motivations behind the legislation, the spin and lies from the left about it, the way the bill labels parents who don't affirm their children's choices as "abusive," the legal and ethical implications of this legislation, the dangers this poses for parents and kids, and more. Plus Megyn's closing message for those on the fence about who to vote for in 2024.

Megyn Kelly is a fierce defender of women in sports and of minors that have been caught up in the transgender scam that the progressives are pushing in liberal states. As an attorney, Kelly speaks with clarity and precision of what Minnesota laws can and can not do.

Representative Leigh Finke, the trailblazer of Minnesota's political landscape, or as I like to call her, the "Gender Identity Pathfinder" of the North Star State! Here's the lowdown on this figure who's making waves, or should I say, making history:

First of Its Kind: Leigh Finke is the first openly transgender legislator elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives. Imagine being the first in anything; it's like being the first person to try a new flavor of space ice cream – everyone's watching, and the pressure's on!

  • Political Journey: Elected in 2022, Finke represents District 66A, which includes parts of the Twin Cities metro area. She's a DFL (Democratic-Farmer-Labor) Party member, which, if you're not from Minnesota, is like saying she's a Democrat but with a flair for local politics that's as unique as a snowflake in a blizzard.

  • Legislative Focus: Finke isn't just there to make history; she's there to make a difference. She's been vocal about protecting transgender rights, especially with legislation like the "Trans Refuge Bill," aimed at making Minnesota a sanctuary for gender-affirming care. It's like turning Minnesota into a safe harbor for those seeking to navigate the choppy waters of gender identity.

  • Community and Recognition: She's not just a legislator; she's a symbol. USA TODAY named her Minnesota's "Woman of the Year," which, given the context, is like being named the best pilot for navigating through a political asteroid field. She's also part of the Queer Caucus, because why fight alone when you can fight fabulous?: Dr. Rachel Levine serves as the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health and was sworn in as an admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.

According to the data floating around in 2024, about 0.6% of Minnesota's adult population identifies as transgender, which equates to roughly 26,000 individuals. For the younger crowd, those aged 13-17, the estimate bumps up a bit to 0.94%, or about 3,500 individuals.

Listen to the video above. These two are whack jobs taken to a new level in national politics. Walz pushed for and signed the Trans Refuge Bill which obliterated parents rights even if you were from an adjoining state and just visiting Minnesota. See also Megyn Kelly’s analysis above.

Deep Dive; The Truth About Minnesota's Trans Refuge Bill Tim Walz Pushed & Signed Into Law Imagine you wake up one morning and discover your 12-year-old Sally has fled to Minnesota, the next thing you hear is a Minnesota court has taken your parental rights away and she is a ward of the state. What happens next. 1. Strips away Minnesota & Out-of-State Parental Rights. 2. A Parent is Considered abuser or negligent if not affirming child's transgender wishes including transition therapy. 3. Gives Minnesota courts jurisdiction to make temporary child-custody of Minnesota and out-of-state children who travel to the state when parents refuse transition medial procedures. 4. The Refuge Act states "sexual orientation" does not include pedophilia or a physical or attachment to children by an adult. 5. Minnesota will guarantee Medicaid insurance coverage for court mandated state foster children. Meaning, your child has been taken away from you whether living in the state or another. The Harris Walz ticket is bad for parents and child welfare.
