FDA Official Says US Government Plans to Push Annual COVID-19 Shots

An executive officer at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said in a newly released video that President Joe Biden’s administration plans to push annual COVID-19 vaccine shots.
Christopher Cole, executive officer of the medical countermeasures initiative at the FDA, made the comments to the journalism group Project Veritas.
“Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible,” Cole told an undercover reporter with the group. “You’ll have to get an annual shot. I mean, it hasn’t been formally announced yet because they don’t want to rile everyone up,” he said.
Right now, all Americans 5 and older are advised to get a two-dose primary regimen of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines. All Americans 12 or older are also advised to get at least one booster dose five months after their second shot.
Cole said that drug, food, and vaccine companies “pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products.”
He also said that annual shots would become “a recurring fountain of revenue” for the vaccine makers, referring to them as Big Pharma.

The NBA has suffered another ratings disaster, with ABC falling 45 percent since the 2011-12 season, while TNT was down 40 percent, and ESPN was off 20 percent.
This ratings tumble is nothing new, granted. The past two NBA finals each have fallen one over the other, with last year’s down 51 percent to an all-time low for the championships. The worst was the final game, off nearly 70 percent year-over-year.
So far, the average viewership for the league’s games is only 2.83 million, according to The Athletic. For comparison, recent episodes of the NBC crime drama, The Blacklist, average about 3.3 million viewers, while one of ABC’s biggest shows, medical drama, The Good Doctor, averages just over four million per week. Historically, sports out earns any regular TV series.
The NBA’s collapse may not be surprising in light of recent polls finding that basketball fans feel that the league has become far too wrapped up in politics.
In September, a Harris poll found that 39 percent of respondents who identified as sports fans felt that the NBA had become too political, and 19 percent said that they had turned off pro basketball because of the NBA’s deep links to China.
In 2020, the NBA’s coronavirus season in the bubble launched with heavy-handed paeans to the anti-American Black Lives Matter agenda. But reactions to those displays of leftism may have alarmed NBA Commissioner Adam Silver because the league boss claimed that this season would dispense with the more overt displays of support for BLM.
“My sense is there’ll be somewhat a return to normalcy, that those messages will largely be left to be delivered off the floor. And, I understand those people who are saying, ‘I’m on your side, but I want to watch a basketball game,'” Silver said last October.
Still, if the ratings for the 2021 season are any indication, Silver’s realizations may have come too late.

Opinion: Enes Freedom was cut for exposing how U.S. corporations became foreign agents of Communist China

Enes Kanter Freedom sensed the end was coming. “I have 25 games left in my contract, and it’s up after this season,” the 10-year National Basketball Association veteran told me last week. But recently, he said, former teammates and coaches began telling him, “We love you, so we have to tell you the truth. This is your farewell tour. Enjoy it. Smile. Have fun with it. I hope you win a championship, because I don’t think you are going to get another contract after this year, because the things that you talk about cost [the NBA] millions of dollars.”
He didn’t get the chance to make that final championship run. The day after we spoke, the Boston Celtics traded Freedom to the Houston Rockets, who promptly cut him from their roster. “Now you don’t play basketball,” one Chinese government troll gloated on Twitter.
The reason he no longer plays basketball has nothing to do with his performance on the court. In his last game as a Celtic, Freedom had seven points and 12 rebounds in 12 minutes of play — including a beautiful three-point shot. What more likely cost him his career is his criticism of the genocidal Chinese Communist regime, and its brutal suppression of freedom in Tibet, Hong Kong and the Xinjiang region.
The final straw might have been the television ad Freedom produced with Rep. Michael Waltz (R-Fla.) calling out the corporate sponsors of the Beijing Olympics — which they correctly call the “Genocide Games” — including NBA sponsor Nike. “Stand for freedom. Defund the dictators,” Freedom declared. NBC refused to air the ad unless they removed the corporate logos, but Freedom said that defeated the purpose. “I wanted to air this ad on TV to raise awareness of China’s gross human rights abuses … [and] the hypocrisy of the U.S. companies that are silent and enabling to CCP’s brutal behavior.”
He recalled this first time he called out China, wearing a pair of shoes painted by a Chinese dissident that said “Free Tibet.” After warm-ups, he said, two NBA executives warned him to take off his shoes or he could be banned. But Freedom had examined the NBA rules, which did not bar players from placing human rights messages on their shoes. And he had been studying for his U.S. citizenship test, so he knew about free speech. “You cannot take my First Amendment from me,” he said. “Go tell your boss. I don’t care what happens.” At halftime, his manager texted him that China had banned the broadcast of all Celtics games in the country. “It took them 24 minutes to ban everything,” he says. “That clearly shows the dictatorship over there.”
Freedom says he spoke out against Turkey’s human rights abuses for a decade, and no one at the NBA complained, but “I talk about China one day; my phone was ringing once every hour.” The reason? “There are more people watching NBA last year in China than American population — over 400 million,” he says. “Every year, the revenue [the NBA gets from China] is $5 billion.”
Most people in the United States do not understand that there is no COVID vaccine available in the US that has received FDA approval. The two vaccines COMIRNATY and SPIKEVAX have been approved but are not available, The vaccines the government is pushing on all of us which were geared to the initial variant are operating under an Emergency Use Authorization. The FDA, CDC, and Pfizer have all sold out the US for profit. Pfizer as you see below has still not released the test data submitted to the FDA to get the EUA.
Critics Outraged by FDA Request to Hide Pfizer Vaccine Data for 55 Years

Critics derided the Food and Drug Administration’s request this week for a court to grant it 55 years to release data on Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine.
Yale Professor Dr. Harvey Risch and the University of California’s Dr. Aaron Kheriaty and Dr. Peter McCullough filed a Freedom of Information Act request asking the FDA for the data in August, and their group, the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, filed a lawsuit requesting the data in September. The agency this week told a court that it had found about 329,000 pages of responsive information, but that it would like to release just 500 pages each month — giving it until 2076 to complete the request. The FDA took just more than 10 weeks, by contrast, to review the data before it approved the vaccine.
Critics including Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and a number of medical professionals responded with outrage.
Judge Orders FDA to Release Vaccine Data Rapidly

Beginning March 1, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will be required by a federal court to disclose 55,000 pages each month of the documents it relied on to license the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman of the Northern District of Texas ordered the FDA to produce 12,000 pages by the end of January and the rest of the 450,000 pages of documents within months instead of the 500 pages per month the FDA requested—which could have taken 75 years to complete—on January 6.
The nonprofit Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency filed the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on September 16.
In his ruling, Pittman wrote, “… this FOIA request is of paramount public importance.” Pittman cited the decision in Payne Enterprises, Inc. v. United States, in which a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled “… [S]tale information is of little value…”
“The Court, agreeing with this truism, therefore concludes that the expeditious completion of Plaintiff’s request is not only practicable, but necessary,” wrote Pittman.
‘Access to the Data’
Pittman’s ruling comports with standards of transparency and accountability says Adam Siri, managing partner of Siri & Glimstad LLP, who represented Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency in the case.
“We are very pleased with the decision, which came down on the side of transparency and accountability,” said Siri.
“Americans are mandated to receive this product and cannot sue Pfizer for harm it may cause, so we are pleased that at least the public and independent scientists will have access to the data underlying its licensure,” said Siri. “This is a great win for transparency and removes one of the strangleholds federal health authorities have had on the data needed for independent scientists to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program.”
‘Experiment on an Unsuspecting Public’
The FDA issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for the Pfizer vaccine in 2020, but formally approved the shots on August 23, 2021, in a process that was truncated, says Elizabeth Lee Vliet, M.D., president and CEO of the Truth for Health Foundation.
“Never in the history of the FDA has a brand-new technology for a novel medical intervention been approved with only three months of safety data when known long-term risks of this technology have been reported for more than a decade in the pharmaceutical research,” said Vliet.
Vaccine approval usually requires years of clinical trials, says Vliet.
“Traditional vaccines, which the COVID shots are not, have always had a minimum two years safety data and up to seven years safety testing before release,” said Vliet. “In addition, the mRNA- and DNA-based experimental shots for COVID are correctly classified under FDA regulations as ‘gene therapy agents,’ [for] which FDA regulations require 5 to 15 years [of] ongoing safety trials.”
“This unconscionable rapid approval has unleashed a vast human experiment on an unsuspecting public,” Vliet said. “Practicing physicians are seeing major complications and deaths in patients of all age groups as a result of these premature approvals.”
Mandates ‘Violated This Basic Liberty’
COVID-19 vaccine mandates violate the rights of individuals, says Siri. Further, the FDA’s attempt to withhold the data on which it based its approval denies the full disclosure necessary for informed consent, says Siri.
“No person should ever be coerced to engage in an unwanted medical procedure,” Siri said. “And while it is bad enough the government violated this basic liberty right by mandating the COVID-19 vaccine, the government also wanted to hide the data by waiting to fully produce what it relied upon to license this product until almost every American alive today is dead. That form of governance is destructive to liberty and antithetical to the openness required in a democratic society.”
Troubling FDA Appointment
President Joe Biden nominated Robert Califf, who previously held the post in the Obama administration, as commissioner of the FDA, in November.
Califf’s appointment was approved by the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions on January 13, but he faces bipartisan opposition in the U.S. Senate.
The apparent ongoing collusion between the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory agencies to suppress alternative opinions on COVID raises concerns about Califf’s nomination, states Vliet in a press release.
“It is beyond alarming that private tech behemoths like Google, where Dr. Califf served as a senior executive at its Verily life sciences arm, are censoring the free flow of medical information from world-class academic physicians and scientists, as well as practicing physicians who have a legal and ethical duty to inform patients of risks of therapies they prescribe,” said Vliet. “It is entirely another matter for government to actively violate First Amendment free speech guarantees in censoring discourse and dissent, the cornerstone of scientific inquiry.”

The battle here is significant because it calls into question the very foundation of our medical system. I want to know whether my doctor is going to give me the standard protocol dictated by hospital administrations or whether he will give me what he knows to be the best protocol based on his private research. That question is no longer a slam dunk. We better have that conversation now before we find ourselves staring up at a hospital ceiling. It’s very real when you know people that have been saved by repurposed drugs and also people that have died on the standard hospital protocols.
