Andrew Cuomo Personally Edited State Report to Hide Nursing-Home Covid Deaths, House Panel Concludes
Former New York governor Andrew Cuomo personally edited a government report that undercounted the Covid deaths that resulted from his March 2020 directive forcing nursing homes to admit coronavirus-positive patients, a congressional panel concluded.
The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) issued a report in July 2020 faulting nursing homes for the spread of coronavirus in their facilities at the direction of Cuomo administration officials who “heavily edited” the document, the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus pandemic said in a memo released Monday.
“The Cuomo Administration is responsible for recklessly exposing New York’s most vulnerable population to COVID-19. Today’s memo holds Mr. Cuomo and his team accountable for their failures and provides the most detailed and comprehensive accounting of New York’s pandemic-era wrongdoing,” said Representative Brad Wenstrup (R., Ohio), chairman of the subcommittee. The memo is based on almost 555,000 pages of documents and over 50 hours of sworn testimony.
A few high-ranking Cuomo administration officials were involved in the NYSDOH report, including Cuomo adviser Jim Malatras, who testified that Cuomo reviewed and edited the document multiple times. His statement is consistent with an impeachment report issued to New York’s state assembly judiciary committee in November 2021.
Cuomo transmitted the messages through various aides and handwritten notes, Malatras said. Cuomo denied playing any role in the report’s creation, despite evidence to the contrary.
In June 2020, Cuomo dispatched one of his assistants to order his team to draft the report in an effort to counter the public scrutiny of his administration’s nursing-home directive, which required senior-care facilities to admit Covid-positive patients being transferred from hospitals, in order to relieve pressure on those hospitals.

In his latest podcast, Joe Rogan called out the mainstream media for failing to report on the injuries and deaths linked to COVID-19 vaccines.
Rogan didn’t hold back from using strong language to make his point to viewers of Wednesday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.” He said:
“We don’t even know what the real numbers are because it’s not something the mainstream media covers — probably because they’ve all been vaccinated and they’re probably freaking the f*%# out.”
Rogan’s guest, Bret Weinstein, Ph.D., also called out the pharmaceutical industry and its governmental regulators for generating wealth for themselves at the expense of children’s health.
It’s hard for “kind, intelligent” people to imagine that there are people who “are willing to profit off of injecting babies with things that may very well f*$% them up for the rest of their life,” Rogan told Weinstein.
Most people think “there’s no way anyone’s that evil,” Rogan said. “Then when you start looking into the evidence.”
He added, “You read ‘Turtles All The Way Down’ or ‘Dissolving Illusions’ and it’s just like wait, wait, wait.”

People injured by COVID shot who spoke out were attacked
Weinstein, co-host of the “The DarkHorse Podcast,” and Rogan debunked the myth that vaccines are responsible for saving people’s lives, historically and in the present.
They discussed why mRNA vaccines, such as the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 shots, are harmful to human health and how problematic it is that Big Pharma continues to push vaccines.
Rogan recalled how people like musician Eric Clapton, who was injured by the COVID-19 vaccine, were attacked when they spoke out about their experience. Clapton was called “the most hurtful of words,” Rogan recalled.
Weinstein said he thinks the terrible treatment of those injured by the COVID-19 vaccines was a way to gaslight them.
“The gaslighting of the [vaccine] injured is insane,” Weinstein said. “How is it that someone who suffers an adverse event is not entitled to our compassion?”
Weinstein: mRNA vaccine platform is Big Pharma’s ‘cash cow’
Rogan and Weinstein explained why they think the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded as it did.
In Weinstein’s view, the pharmaceutical industry needed a public health emergency that would legitimize and normalize using mRNA vaccine technology — which Weinstein considers to be very dangerous — on the general population.
“Their real goal,” Weinstein told Rogan, “was to normalize the use of a gene therapy on a population that had never had that idea placed in its mind.”
They called the new gene therapy a “vaccine” since most people believed vaccines were historically beneficial and thus could be trusted.
Now that many people have accepted the idea of getting an mRNA injection, the industry can use the mRNA platform to “reformulate every vaccine they’ve got to create a bunch of new vaccines.”
Weinstein estimated the profits from doing this would be in the trillions.

Dr. Yasufumi Murakami, a world-renowned professor at the Tokyo University of Science and Member of Japan’s House of Representatives, summed up the revelations, which, by the way, are being ignored by the Big Pharma-controlled mainstream media here in the United States, declaring:

The team sharing this damning, yet not surprising, news includes prominent Japanese lawmakers, medical experts, and investigators. Dr. Murakami, who is vice director of the Research Center for RNA Science at Tokyo University of Science, led the analysis. Holding a Doctor of Pharmaceutical Science degree from the University of Tokyo and with over 100 scientific publications, Dr. Murakami highlighted a troubling trend: a correlation between the number of COVID vaccine doses administered and increased mortality rates.
Murakami and his team, known as “The United Citizens for Stopping mRNA Vaccines,” have voiced strong opposition to mRNA vaccines, including the self-amplifying mRNA Replicon vaccine MRNA (sa-mRNA) developed by Arcturus Therapeutics, administered in Japan. “The Replicon vaccine is a self-amplifying, gene-engineered (mRNA) vaccine that mankind has never experienced before,” stated Dr. Murakami in August 2024.
Since then and presently, despite global reports of vaccine-related harms and dire warnings from experts devoted enough to their patients to speak up, pharmaceutical companies, most government agencies, and the corrupt mainstream media have largely overlooked these concerns. To counter this, with the same steadfast persistence as our very own ICAN and attorney Aaron Siri, volunteers across Japan have been requesting vaccination history data from local governments since 2024. They have amassed a collection of over 18 million cases, revealing startling trends and severe risks through their transparent data analysis.
On June 15, 2025, Dr. Murakami and his team, including a Member of the House of Representatives, Kazuhiro Haraguchi, and the Information Disclosure Request Team, publicized their explosive findings. In addition to the stark finding that increased mRNA jabs lead to sooner death, the data showed no significant death spikes among the unvaccinated. However, along with a sooner death, vaccinated individuals also demonstrated mortality peaks, particularly 90 to 120 days post-injection. Graphs revealed a clear trend: higher doses correlated with earlier deaths, with third-dose recipients showing the highest and earliest mortality spike. Dr. Murakami concluded that the vaccine’s toxicity accumulates with each dose, driving adverse reactions and fatalities.

To address the tragedy unfolding before their eyes in Japan, the mRNA Vaccine Cessation National Coalition launched an initiative to analyze vaccine lot numbers, identifying batches that may be linked to elevated death rates. Organizers explain that their goal is to address the government’s lack of transparency in its investigation into vaccine-related harm. They aim to fill this gap and advocate for accountability.
As noted by the citizen-led initiative, the eye-opening findings contrast sharply with historical precedent. The group points out that in 1976, the United States halted the swine flu vaccine following the deaths of 53 individuals. Yet today, despite millions of reported deaths linked to the contaminated mRNA COVID-19 shots, the U.S. continues to promote boosters, ignoring what critics have called a public health crisis. However, the independent voices in Japan, the coalition asserts, argue that the data points to a deliberate agenda, with some alleging population control motives rooted in pre-planned global strategies, such as Event 201. The group’s website declares:

Will the U.S. catch up with Japan in its vehement push for the removal of the deadly mRNA jabs?
