Congressional Report on Covid 2024

Segment # 296

It is sad there is no apology for the people that have died and will die as a direct or indirect consequence of government mishandling of COVID. It is sad there is no accountability for the students that lost two years of in class education. And there will be no apologies for those businesses that went under because of COVID restrictions. And who really cares in government now about the debt dumped on future generations as a consequence of green energy legislation passed during COVID. And what about the compliant that dutifully took the genetic modifying “vaccines” that are only now learning there is a potential that there immune systems may have been permanently trashed. When people honestly screw up, we Americans are a forgiving people. But if we now learn with a new DOJ that corruption drove these decisions, you can bet there will be hell to pay for all those that are now madly shredding in offices all over DC. Its a big clue that legacy media failed to cover this story with any detail. Possibly this is because as they then served as media whores for the government, their bias during COVID is now quite apparent.

The US Congress Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic has released a final 520-page report after a two-year investigation into the COVID-19 pandemic

The report, titled "After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward," presents several key findings:

Origin: The report concludes that COVID-19 most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China

Mask mandates: The subcommittee found no conclusive evidence that masks effectively protected Americans from COVID-19

Social distancing: The "6 feet apart" recommendation was deemed arbitrary and not based on science

Lockdowns: Prolonged lockdowns were found to have caused significant harm to the American economy, mental and physical health, with a particularly negative effect on younger citizens

Economic impact: More than 160,000 businesses closed due to the pandemic, with 60% of those closures classified as permanent

Education: Children lost decades worth of academic progress as a result of COVID-19 school closures

Vaccines: Operation Warp Speed was characterized as a "tremendous success," although the vaccines did not stop virus transmission as promised by government officials

The report criticizes the World Health Organization's response to the pandemic and raises concerns about the potential impact of a "Pandemic Treaty" on the United States

It also highlights issues with the federal government's cooperation in oversight efforts, particularly noting obstruction from the Department of Health and Human Services
