Compensation for the Vaccine Injured
Segment # 178
Facts do matter. Remember this was a mandated vaccine under an emergency use authorization that was presented as safe and effective. It wasn’t, and either the government is incompetent, or they knowingly lied. Either way, there is a tsunami of vaccine-injured people wanting compensation. The government knows this. Just three years out, this is only the beginning. This is another blatant example of why your government has failed you. Big Pharma made billions and your government failed to protect you. Pretty obvious that our leaders had some motivation for looking the other way.
Only 0.3 Percent of COVID Vaccine Injury Claims Compensated by US Program | Facts Matter
Earlier this week, here on Facts Matter, we published an episode detailing how—for the first time—lawyers for AstraZeneca admitted in court documents that its vaccine can cause a rare blood clot disorder in those who got the shot.
This admission was the result of a three-year-long legal battle, with upwards of 50 people suing the company to get compensation for injuries received.
Now, for one, the length of this legal battle reveals how difficult it is to get any form of compensation for vaccine injuries at all. But also, secondly, there was this little tidbit: “Due to a bargain AstraZeneca struck with the UK government at the height of the pandemic to indemnify the drugmaker against potential lawsuits, taxpayers will be on the hook for any payouts resulting from the claims.”
This means that even if AstraZeneca will be forced to financially compensate the people who got blood clots following vaccination, that compensation won’t actually be coming from their own pocketbooks. Instead, the money will be provided by the taxpayers themselves.
Now, of course, this AstraZeneca case is taking place in the UK. However, as many people pointed out in the comments section of that video, a very similar scheme exists here in America as well—which, I believe, is worth exploring.
And so, here is the central question: is Pfizer still immune from lawsuits over its COVID vaccine now that it’s been federally approved?
Let’s find out together.
The U.S. government's Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) has only compensated 3 people out of over 8,000 claims filed for COVID-19 vaccine injuries. The total compensation paid to these 3 people was less than $5,000. 4
The search results indicate that the CICP program, which covers COVID-19 vaccines, has a very low compensation rate compared to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) which covers most other widely distributed vaccines. As of January 2024, the CICP had only compensated 11 claims out of more than 12,000 filed. 5
