Biden is Innocent because as an Feeble Old Man he Can't Remember Doing Anything
Segment # 116
The Bottom line is that President Biden will not be prosecuted because as an old man with a poor memory, he will be a sympathetic witness. At no time was Biden ever authorized as either a senator or Vice-President to have classified documents in his personal spaces. You can’t spin the basic fact that at any time under any conditions he willfully and unlawfully possessed these documents for in some cases for almost 40 years. This is just the beginning we will earn more.
Special Counsel Declines to Charge Biden Over Classified Docs, Claims President Portrayed Himself as ‘Elderly Man With Poor Memory’
"It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness," the report stated on Thursday with some potentially damning characterizations about his memory.
An eagerly-anticipated report from Special Counsel Robert Hur was released today which declined to charge President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness," the report stated on Thursday with some potentially damning characterizations about his memory.

Hur noted their investigation uncovered evidence that Biden "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." However, it "does not establish Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."
In the report were mentions of his age and mental fitness, which has raised concerns amid fears that Biden, the oldest sitting president, may not be up for the job if reelected.
It is believed that "at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," according to the report, citing direct interactions with the commander-in-chief and observations of him.

Hur stated in the report that Biden's memory had seemingly taken a decline in recent years compared to his acuity in recorded conversations which also seemed to be hazy from 2017, noting he could not recall when his VP term ended during one interview.
On day two of their interview, he apparently forgot when his term began.
Biden struggled to recall the timeline of Beau's death, as well as a debate about Afghanistan, "that was once so important to him," per the report.
Joe Biden’s team is reportedly worried that the findings from his classified documents investigation will hurt the president’s chances of winning the 2024 election, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In the latest development to come as Special Counsel Robert Hur continues a classified documents probe into President Biden, sources close to the 81-year-old commander-in-chief revealed that Biden’s team is worried Hur might find something “embarrassing.”

Biden, 81, has been dodging rumors about his health for years.
While Special Counsel Hur is not expected to file criminal charges against the president over Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified material, the special prosecutor may still decide to share “embarrassing” details and photos from the investigation.
According to Daily Mail, those details could give ammunition to ex-President Donald Trump as he runs in 2024 amid a similar classified documents probe.
Details from Hur’s investigation could also potentially turn Democratic voters away from Biden when it comes time to vote for the next president in November.
The timeline of Hur’s ongoing investigation into Biden is currently unclear, although the special counsel is expected to release a detailed report when the probe comes to a close sometime in the near future.
Special Counsel Hur is not expected to file criminal charges against President Biden.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, United States Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Special Counsel Hur to the Biden classified documents probe in January 2023.
A first batch of ten classified documents was found inside Biden’s personal office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement on November 2, 2022.
Flash forward to January 2023, and two more caches of classified documents were found inside President Biden’s garage at his Wilmington, Delaware home.
“As we have said from the beginning, the President and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation,” White House spokesman Ian Sams said in October 2023 after Biden was interviewed by Hur as part of the investigation

President Joe Biden came under fire this week after it was revealed “a small number” of classified documents were found at his Washington, D.C. think tank just days before the 2022 midterm elections, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
In a shocking development to come as former President Donald Trump remains under federal investigation for his alleged mishandling of classified documents, the Justice Department confirmed on Monday night that ten classified documents were found inside President Biden’s personal office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.

According to Richard Sauber, who serves as special counsel to President Biden, the classified material was found by Biden’s personal lawyers on November 2, 2022 while they “were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space.”
Sauber also confirmed Biden used the office space from “mid-2017 until the start of [his] 2020 campaign” in April 2019 and the material was found in a folder box alongside other unclassified documents.
“The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives,” Sauber said in a statement Monday night.
“Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives,” he added.

United States Attorney General Merrick Garland has since tasked Chicago U.S. Attorney John Lausch with reviewing the ten classified documents found at Biden’s D.C. think tank just six days before the 2022 midterm elections, and the FBI are also reportedly involved in the investigation.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, ex-President Trump came under fire in August 2022 after it was revealed the FBI executed a raid on his Palm Beach, Florida Mar-a-Lago resort to recover more than 300 classified documents allegedly taken from the White House when he left office in January 2021.
President Joe Biden's Personal Attorney Spoke With Federal Investigators After Finding First Set Of Classified Docs
Jan. 18 2023, Updated 11:00 a.m. ET
Joe Biden’s personal lawyer who discovered the first cache of classified documents in the president’s personal Washington, D.C. office spoke with federal investigators weeks before the matter was made public, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Patrick Moore, one of Biden’s personal attorneys, was the first to discover ten classified documents in the president’s Penn Biden Center office on November 2.

Shortly thereafter, Moore reportedly met with federal investigators led by U.S. Attorney John Lausch to discuss the classified files and how he came upon them while clearing out the president’s former office two months ago.

According to CNN, Moore’s interview with Lausch’s team came during the Justice Department’s early investigation into President Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified documents.
The outlet also revealed the interview between Moore and Lausch’s team was informal and off the record and came weeks before the Biden Administration confirmed classified material from Biden’s time as vice president was recovered from his possession.
This latest revelation also comes after it was reported federal investigators already interviewed a number of aides who worked under Biden during his final days as vice president – including the president’s former executive assistant Kathy Chung and his current deputy director of protocol for Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

“How that could possibly happen,” President Biden said in September when asked about the classified documents allegedly in Trump’s possession. “How one anyone could be that irresponsible.”
“And I thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods? By that I mean names of people who helped or – et cetera. And it just – totally irresponsible,” he added.
Biden has started to face substantial backlash following the revelation he too was seemingly in possession of classified documents from his time as vice president, with Trump and other high-profile GOP members taking to social media to criticize and condemn the current president.
“When is the FBI going to raid the many homes of Joe Biden, perhaps even the White House?” Trump wrote on Truth Social late Monday night. “These documents were definitely not declassified.”
“President Biden has been very critical of President Trump mistakenly taking classified documents to the residence or wherever and now it seems he may have done the same,” House Rep. James Comer, who now serves as head of the House Oversight Committee, said.
“In our research, every president accidentally took some documents that may or may not be classified, and they were never raided by the FBI,” Comer continued. “So now we find out that Biden did the same thing for six years? I wonder is the White House going to be raided tonight by Archives or the FBI?”
“Oh, my gosh. I think we need to investigate the Bidens nonstop,” House Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene also said. “I’ve been very vocal on impeaching Joe Biden and hopefully we can get that done this Congress.”
Following Lausch’s initial investigation, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland chose to appoint a special counsel led by Robert Hur to oversee the criminal probe into President Biden and the classified documents.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, ten classified files were found in the president’s Washington, D.C. Penn Biden Center think tank on November 2.
One more classified document was found in the president’s garage at his Wilmington, Delaware home on January 12, followed by another cache of five classified files in the same location on January 14.
Jonathan Turley, a legal commentator and law professor at George Washington University, recently said President Biden’s personal lawyers are “likely witnesses in a criminal investigation” connected to whether the 80-year-old commander-in-chief mishandled classified material.
“[The] most serious discovery would be evidence that Biden worked off their documents or removed them from their classification folders,” Turley told Fox News on Tuesday.
“While gross mishandling does not require evil intent, unintentional violations are often addressed outside of the criminal justice system,” he continued. “The most serious violations have been prosecuted where material was intentionally removed.”
President Joe Biden's Press Secretary REFUSES To Answer Questions About Classified Documents During Tense Confrontation With White House Reporters
Jan. 12 2023, Published 9:01 a.m. ET
President Joe Biden’s press secretary came under fire this week when she refused to answer vital questions regarding the recent discovery of classified documents at Biden’s Washington, D.C. think tank, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The tense confrontation between Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and White House reporters took place on Wednesday as Jean-Pierre gave her daily press briefing.
One White House reporter in particular, CBS’ Ed O’Keefe, grilled Jean-Pierre over two points of serious concern: when President Biden was informed of the discovery of classified documents and why the revelation was withheld from the American people for two months.
“Why didn't he or someone in the White House inform the American people when these documents were discovered on November 2?” O'Keefe pressed. “They didn't have anything to do – because people are asking this part of it – have anything to do with the fact that the [midterm] election was just a few days away?”
According to Jean-Pierre, she and the White House reporters didn’t “need to have this kind of confrontation” because she couldn’t provide details due to the fact the classified documents in question are currently under review by the Justice Department.
“Again, this is under review by the Department of Justice,” she told O’Keefe before directing the CBS reporter to the White House Counsel's office.

Justice Department DECLINED To Have FBI Monitor President Biden's Personal Lawyers As They Searched For Additional Classified Docs
The Department of Justice reportedly declined to have the FBI monitor Joe Biden’s personal lawyers as the team searched for additional classified documents potentially still in the president’s possession, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In a shocking development to come days after it was first confirmed ten classified documents were recovered from the president’s Penn Biden Center office in Washington, D.C., it has now been revealed U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland decided against involving the FBI in additional searches at Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware.
According to a Tuesday report published by the Wall Street Journal, the DOJ opted against having the FBI monitor Biden’s team to “avoid complicating” future stages of the criminal probe and not interfere with the already ongoing special counsel led by Robert Hur.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the DOJ struck a deal with President Biden’s personal lawyers, allowing them to search for additional classified material without FBI oversight.
In exchange, Biden’s team agreed to immediately turn over any classified documents potentially found during their additional searches.
Biden’s personal lawyers ultimately recovered more classified files from the garage of the president’s Delaware home between January 12 and 14.
Upon recovering additional classified material, the president’s lawyers reportedly handed the documents immediately over to the DOJ.
Current and former law enforcement officials who spoke to the Journal about the matter indicated that by “not utilizing” the FBI during the initial stages of their investigation, the DOJ could involve the bureau should Biden’s team stop cooperating.
The revelation the DOJ declined to have the FBI monitor Biden’s personal lawyers came the same day White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was pressed during a conference regarding her claims the current investigation is “independent.”
White House reporters in the room questioned how such an investigation could be considered “independent” when the president’s own lawyers are the ones searching for additional classified docs.

“You’ve repeatedly emphasized the need — just as you did today — for independence, for the integrity of the Department of Justice investigation, which is one reason why you continue to point us to the DOJ,” said CBS News reporter Weijia Jiang said on Tuesday.
“So I wonder, why then did the White House counsel go to Wilmington to facilitate the handing-over of documents to the DOJ?” Jiang pressed further.
“I appreciate the questions. I know there’s going to continue to be dozens more questions probably today and I will say reach out to the White House Counsel’s Office,” Jean Pierre responded. “I’m just going to leave it there. That is something for them to answer.”
“But here's another thing, there was nothing from stopping the president of the United States from disclosing the discovery of these classified documents in his former office before it was under Justice Department review,” O’Keefe pressed further. “So why didn't he disclose it?”
“I'm not going to go beyond what the President laid out. I'm not going to go beyond what my White House Council colleagues have stated,” Jean-Pierre answered. “We don't need to have this – we work very well together – we don't need to have this kind of confrontation.”
“The Department of Justice does not handle national security,” O'Keefe scoffed before ending his line of inquiry.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, President Biden found himself in hot water earlier this week when it was revealed at least ten classified documents were found inside his personal office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
Upon further review of Biden’s personal office, another cache of documents from his time as vice president was found at a separate location – creating more questions regarding the content the numerous classified documents contained, why they were in Biden’s possession and why the revelation was not disclosed earlier.
When questioned about the recent finding on Tuesday, President Biden said he was “surprised” by the discovery and that he “takes classified documents very seriously.”
The Justice Department and National Archives are now in possession of the recently discovered classified documents, and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is now reportedly weighing whether to open a federal investigation into the matter.

"There's no there there."
President Biden himself has dismissed the classified documents controversy. He insisted that “there’s no there there” and argued that he was not aware that classified docs from his time as vice president were still in his possession.
“People know I take classified documents [and] classified materials seriously,” he said shortly after the scandal broke on January 9, 2023.
Between 25 and 30 total classified documents were found in President Biden’s possession between November 2022 and January 2023.

The classified materials were all recovered either from Biden’s former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington or inside his personal residence in Wilmington.
“Usually, the special counsels have testified at the end of their reports, and I expect that that will be the case here,” Merrick Garland said regarding Special Counsel Hur’s highly anticipated probe report.

"We do not believe that the report's treatment of President Biden's memory is accurate or appropriate," Sauber and Bauer wrote.
Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, and Bob Bauer, Biden's personal counsel, fired back at some aspects of the report despite the commander-in-chief being "pleased to see they reached the conclusion I believed all along they would reach" by not filing charges after he "cooperated completely" and "threw up no roadblocks."
"We do not believe that the report's treatment of President Biden's memory is accurate or appropriate," Sauber and Bauer wrote. "The report uses highly prejudicial language to describe a commonplace occurrence among witnesses: a lack of recall of years-old events."
Anyone that has worked for the military or the government knows that this treatment of Biden is at best unprecedented and at worst a sign of a totally corrupt justice system.
