A Tale of Two Cities - Part One: New York
Segment # 044
Over the past four or five years I have been shocked by the squalor, depravity, violence, corruption people will accept. I blame much of the media for ignoring these stories. The past has taught us that no matter how illogical or clearly biased the media message, it will at best force the consumers to turn away with disgust without taking action. This fact became particularly poignant and inspired me to write this segment when a very close liberal friend from New York called and asked me for assistance in buying some sort of defense weapon for he and his wife who was terrified to even walk to the doctor’s office. Mind you this request was for only bear or pepper spray or a stun gun. They really only wanted passive defense to allow a speedy escape. This kind of self-defense equipment is illegal in New York and will not be shipped into the state by suppliers. So how low do you need to go to accept these conditions. It appears that the political machine in New York state will elect in November the same people responsible for this deplorable situation and it will continue unabated. That is truly sick.
Maybe Mayor Adams needs to worry less about buses from Texas and focus his attention on cleaning up his own mess. What a phony empty suit butt kissing dandy this guy has become to the point where he ALMOST makes De Blasio look good.
